第二次挑戰手工饅頭! 這次口味是： 抹茶紅豆 Matcha Red Beans 黑糖杏仁 Brown Sugar Almond 之前試做光發酵就佔很多時間，這次為了加速全放在微波爐裡，旁邊靜置一杯熱水。結論就是超快!!!快到我根本來不及準備下一步驟阿阿阿阿阿!...
